Jack has a clear belief: trades recruitment needed to be done differently. He leads the business with a focus on culture, growth, and building something that lasts. His background spans construction and trade, and he brings a ground-level understanding of what contractors actually need from a workforce partner.

Ricardo is the relationship engine behind J&R Synergy. With a sharp instinct for matching the right people to the right roles, he leads client and candidate relationships across QLD and VIC.
